Before we begin the session, we will have a quick check-in to connect and address any physical concerns and personal goals. During the session, we will progress through exercises specifically designed to help you increase your balance, breath capacity, and abdominal core support. We highly recommend using exercise balls and resistance bands to make the most of the session.
